The Valais viticulture of tomorrow will have to face important challenges: adapting to climate change, motivating the next generation and modernizing the vineyard while preserving it.

How can we consider these challenges and meet them? And what the Valais wine landscape will look like from the future ?

The Wine Museum asked seventeen people to project themselves into the future and talk about their visions and desires.

These testimonies constitute the raw material of the exhibition, put into images by six illustrators: Hélène Becquelin, Fichtre, Ambroise Héritier, Julien Loutz, Pauline Lugon and Benoît Schmid. Their works offer different dreamed, fantasized or desired scenarios.

The new exhibition at the Wine Museum combines historical contributions and scientific, artistic creation and reflective and participatory approach.

From grape varieties to soil maintenance, from the question of landscape to that of innovations, it starts from current concerns to present avenues and desires for the future.
